Benidorm, July 6 – It was all smiles and sunshine at Why Not Bar on Sunday as local legend Tad Crocker celebrated his 60th birthday surrounded by friends, family, and loyal customers.

Known affectionately as “Taddy Bear,” Tad has become a staple of the Benidorm pub scene since arriving 22 years ago. After leaving behind the UK mining industry, he built a thriving mini-empire of Yorkshire Pride pubs, now beloved by Brits abroad for their warm welcome and traditional vibes.

Tad rose to national attention last year with his appearance on Bargain Loving Brits in the Sun, which followed him opening his fifth pub in the resort.

Sunday’s bash was classic Benidorm: loud music, ice-cold drinks, and a party atmosphere that lasted well into the night. Social media lit up with birthday wishes, with dozens of fans and fellow expats sending their love.
