New 230-Metre TM Tower to Redefine Benidorm Skyline

Benidorm, Spain — The city famous for its skyline is about to go even higher. Construction has begun on the TM Tower, a striking new 230-metre residential skyscraper that will become one of the tallest buildings in Spain when completed in 2028.
Developed by TM Grupo Inmobiliario, the TM Tower will feature 57 floors, panoramic sea views, and luxury apartments designed with energy-efficient materials and smart-home systems.
Once finished, the building will surpass the In Tempo Tower (198 metres) and solidify Benidorm’s status as the country’s leader in high-rise living.
“Benidorm has always been a pioneer in vertical urbanism,” said TM’s chief architect during the presentation. “The TM Tower represents a new stage in sustainable high-rise design on the Mediterranean coast.”
The skyscraper’s location, near Poniente Beach, is part of a broader plan to revitalize Benidorm’s western zone with new green spaces and improved public access.
The TM Tower will also integrate with the city’s Smart Destination model, using intelligent energy and water systems — a hallmark of Benidorm’s ongoing transformation under its European Green Pioneer 2025 banner.
For locals, it’s a reminder that even after six decades of growth, Benidorm continues to reinvent itself upwards — balancing tourism, technology, and urban sustainability.
